I have a Social Club account but, I didn’t receive the latest Social Club email. What happened?
Frequently, Peggy @ 99.1 will send emails out to our Social Club members. These emails could contain concert pre-sale passwords, contest details with member perks, or even invites to Peggy @ 99.1 events.
If you have heard on air that we sent out a Social Club email but you didn’t receive it, there are a few things you’ll want to look into:
- Have a look in your Junk Mail folder. Sometimes our emails have made their way into this folder due to listener’s spam settings. Trust me, our emails are not spam.
- Ensure that your Social Club account is setup to receive our emails. When you signed up to become a Social Club member, you had the opportunity to check off whether or not you wanted to receive emails from us. If you opted not to receive our emails, that will likely be why you may not have received anything from us.
